Michael leads Love Always’ mission to build the most trusted and authentic mature life events Commons. He’s passionate about creating meaningful, human-centered solutions that help people navigate life’s biggest transitions with confidence, compassion, and real support when they need it most.

Mindy leads the development of the Love Always Commons—supporting people through grief, caregiving, and major life transitions with dignity, compassion, and trusted resources.
As a purpose-driven innovator, Mindy’s leadership is shaped by profound personal transformation following the tragic loss of her father and son in a hate crime. After a long and successful career in wealth management, she redirected her work toward healing, connection, and systemic change.
In addition to her role at Love Always, Mindy is the co-founder of Workplace Healing Inc., where she developed empathy-based tools such as the Human Recovery Platform™ and Grief Forecast™ to support individuals and organizations navigating loss and transition. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Global Care Force, leading humanitarian initiatives centered on service and community impact. Through her book Healing a Shattered Soul, her work with SevenDays Inc., and her leadership at Love Always, Mindy continues to inspire more compassionate communities and redefine how society understands and supports grief.

Jacob grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska and started his career as a middle school English teacher before moving into finance, investment banking, investing, innovation, and startup work. The industries changed, but the core motivation did not. He has always been wired to help people, solve problems, and build things that make a real difference.
His connection to the mission of Love Always is also deeply personal. Jacob’s dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2020. In the middle of COVID, graduate school, full-time work, becoming a homeowner, and preparing to welcome his first child, Jacob became a caregiver and walked with his father through his treatment, decline, hospice, and loss. Trying to handle estate matters, taxes, and end-of-life logistics on top of grief left a lasting impression on him. He believes people deserve better support in major life moments, and he brings that sense of purpose into his work every day.

Jessica’s background spans relationship building, strategic communication, and guiding organizations through thoughtful onboarding experiences. She's passionate about helping people feel supported, informed, and connected, especially during life’s most meaningful transitions. Jessica is excited about the Love Always mission-driven team and as she helps expand the Commons.
