This privacy policy (“Policy”) details the Love Always Project’s (“we,” “us,” or “our”) policies with respect to the handling of individually identifiable information (“Personal Information”) about individuals (collectively, “you” or “your”) who use our website, https://www.lovealwaysproject.com/,  and any other online or offline services we may offer (collectively, our “Site”).

By using this Site and consenting to participate in our calling, texting, and/or email marketing, you are consenting to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information as set forth in this Policy. Steps We Take to Safeguard Your Information 
We maintain reasonable administrative, physical and technological measures to protect the confidentiality and security of Personal Information you submit. California Privacy Rights 
Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, if you are a California resident and have an established business relationship with LAP, you can request a notice disclosing the categories of personal information that LAP has shared with third parties, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, during the preceding calendar year.
