Walking Together Through Life's Hardest Journey
GRIEVING THE LOSS OF A CHILD?
FEELING LOST & ALONE?
Alison’s Angels is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting grieving parents and families, who have lost a child of any age, for any reason, with emotional support and resources to help them cope when the unthinkable happens.
For many, it feels as if the world has stopped and the path forward has disappeared. Alison’s Angels offers emotional encouragement and hope through compassionate connection, shared wisdom, support honoring the child’s legacy, and gentle guidance, meeting parents where they are.
This organization was created in honor of Alison Elizabeth Reynolds, who passed unexpectedly on March 24, 2013, at age 24. She faced many challenges through her life, yet she inspired others every day. Her parents found themselves unprepared for her sudden loss and unsure how to take the next step. What helped them most was speaking with other parents who had walked this same heartbreaking road—people who understood without explanation, who offered perspective, and who showed, that survival was not only possible but that life’s meaning could return.
Ten years later, Alison’s legacy continues through this space of comfort and connection. Alison’s Angels gathers the stories of bereaved parents—how they coped, what sustained them, and how they moved from shock and sorrow toward a place of steadiness and purpose. No two grief journeys are the same, yet there is comfort in knowing how others sustained themselves in their darkest moments. Sharing our stories helps us connect and may help us navigate this difficult road from the moment of death, through the funeral process, to eventually, a place of purpose.
Whether you are facing the first hours after your child’s death, navigating funeral decisions, or searching for hope in the months that follow, Alison’s Angels exists to help you feel less alone.
Their desire is simple and deeply human: To offer support, understanding, and companionship as you make your way through the darkest moments and toward life again.
