DocuGuardian was founded by transformation expert and attorney Lori Selsberg and SaaS entrepreneur David Selsberg after a deeply personal experience revealed just how overwhelming it can be for families to find critical information during moments of crisis. When Lori’s mother faced serious health challenges, the family struggled to locate important documents and details at the very time they needed clarity and calm the most. What began as a simple way to organize their own family’s information for their daughters soon grew into a larger purpose: to help families stay informed, connected, and prepared, so they can focus on caring for one another, rather than searching for answers.
