LTCareNav is a free platform that helps families navigate long-term care planning and supporting family caregivers. It brings together planning tools, educational guides, and connections to vetted care providers, nonprofits and social services, all designed to take families from feeling overwhelmed to having a clear plan. Built by a CNA and Certified Senior Advisor who's lived the caregiving journey firsthand, it replaces guesswork with guidance at every stage — from first signs that help is needed through placement and beyond.
My caregiving journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), but it became deeply personal when I stepped into the role of family caregiver for my grandmother and later my parents. Like so many families, I had no roadmap—just a desire to do my best while navigating challenges as they came.
Those experiences inspired me to become a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and dedicate my work to helping families prepare for and manage the realities of caregiving. Along the way, I founded Care Bloom, a caregiver support platform designed to help families stay informed and connected. What I learned, however, was that families needed more than information...they needed guidance and a proactive plan.
That realization led to the creation of LTCareNav, a resource built to help families navigate long-term care decisions before a crisis occurs. Each chapter of my journey...CNA, caregiver, CSA, and founder has shaped my mission to empower families with the tools, support, and confidence they need to care for the people they love.
