A Life Reconstruction Journey by SoloSpouse®

She arrived carrying everything. The accounts. The decisions. The repairs. The silence where a partner used to be.

She is not behind. She is not broken. She is a woman at the center of a complete life reconstruction, and everything from this point forward orbits her.

That is not a metaphor. That is the design. SoloSpouse was built around her, around who she is now and who she is becoming, because nobody else was building it.

What Is The Full Orbit?

The Full Orbit is SoloSpouse’s guided life reconstruction journey, spanning up to five years across three pillars: Financial Confidence, Personal Wellness, and Solo Home Mastery.

It is not a checklist. It is not a task manager. It is a human roadmap built around who she is becoming, calibrated to exactly where she is in her reconstruction season, and designed to move with her as she grows into her own.

Every phase is sequenced with intention. Every resource is chosen with purpose. She is never dropped into a library of content and left to figure it out alone. She has a digital sherpa at every step, across every pillar, for the full arc of her journey.

She is never navigating alone.

Three Pillars. Her Complete Life.

Every dimension of life reconstruction is covered, because she did not partially lose her life. She lost the whole landscape. The Full Orbit addresses it entirely.

Financial Confidence

She may have always managed the household finances, or she may be holding a binder of accounts she has never fully understood before. Either way, The Full Orbit meets her exactly where she is. She will build real fluency with her financial picture, learn which questions to ask, understand her benefits and estate obligations, and move from fear to clarity on her own terms.

Financial confidence is not about knowing everything. It is about trusting yourself to figure it out, with the right guidance alongside you.

Personal Wellness

She is not the same woman she was. That is not a loss. That is the beginning of something she has not fully seen yet. Personal Wellness in The Full Orbit addresses the whole person: identity, relationships, physical health, purpose, and the deeper work of deciding what she actually wants her life to look like now.

She is allowed to want a full life. We are here to help her find it.

Solo Home Mastery

Her home is hers now. All of it. The decisions, the systems, the planning, the repairs. Solo Home Mastery gives her the tools and the confidence to own that role fully, from knowing when to call a contractor to understanding her long-term housing options.

Her home should be a source of stability and security. We will help her make it that.

Six Phases. One Transformation.

$199 for a Five-Year Experience.

The Full Orbit is sequenced to match the real arc of life reconstruction. The phases reflect what women actually need, when they actually need it. Moving through them is not about speed. It is about depth and about arriving at each new stage more capable than the last.

Each phase builds on the one before it. Each one prepares her for what comes next.

Phase 1 - Steadying

This is where she finds her footing. Not momentum yet, not transformation. Just steadiness. She identifies what needs immediate attention and gives herself permission to let the rest wait. She does not have to figure everything out right now. She just has to find steady ground. Everything else will orbit from here.

Phase 2 - Transition

With steadiness comes the first real movement forward. She begins to see the shape of what has changed and to orient herself within it. Her reconstruction season has a structure now. The transition is not a crisis. It is the beginning of a journey she is entirely capable of making.

Phase 3 - Stabilize

Here she builds her foundation. A clear picture of her finances, her home systems, her support network, her own capacity. Stability is not the end of the journey. It is the ground she builds everything else from. She is more solid here than she knows.

Phase 4 - Adapting

She knows more than she did. She has handled more than she thought she could. This phase is about integrating what she has learned, closing the gaps that still feel uncomfortable, and building the habits that will carry her forward. Adapting is not settling. It is strength in motion.

Phase 5 - Rebuild

This is where she moves from managing what is to designing what is next. Career, relationships, housing, purpose, community. Rebuilding is not about reconstructing what she had. It is about consciously choosing what she wants. She has the tools now. She has the clarity. She is building something that belongs entirely to her.

Phase 6 - Reinvent

She is not who she was when she started. She is more capable, more clear, more fully herself than she may have been in years. Reinvention is not a dramatic moment. It is the quiet recognition that she built a life she chose, on her terms, for the full reconstruction season ahead. She is the sun. Everything orbits her now.

Built From the Inside

SoloSpouse was founded by Kelly Barnett, a military widow whose husband, Army Colonel(ret) Patrick Barnett, died in 2015. Kelly spent 25 years in biotech before turning her own experience of life reconstruction into the platform she desperately needed and could not find.

The research is clear, even if the culture has not caught up. Widowhood is not primarily a grief event. It is an identity transition, one that sits beneath the grief, shapes every decision she makes, and does not resolve on a checklist or a timeline. SoloSpouse was built on that understanding. Every phase, every pillar, every sequence in The Full Orbit is designed around who she is becoming, not just what she has lost.

Nobody builds for who she is becoming. We do.
