Presence beyond the funeral.
Grief does not end when the funeral is over. It continues through birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, family traditions, and ordinary days when someone’s absence feels especially present. Yet support often fades as the weeks and months pass.
Timely Presence was created for what comes after. We provide structured, milestone-based grief support throughout the first year after a death, helping families and the people who care about them remain connected through meaningful moments of remembrance.
Each personalized grief journey combines thoughtfully timed touchpoints with heirloom-quality memorial gifts selected for the relationship, the nature of the loss, and the milestone being acknowledged. Important dates are identified at the beginning, and the year of support is planned in advance. That means care can continue without relying on someone to remember every significant date or repeatedly decide what to send or say.
How Timely Presence Works
• Choose the appropriate grief journey. Select the collection designed around the relationship and type of loss.
• Personalize the experience. Share the loved one’s name and the dates that may carry particular meaning during the year ahead.
• Plan milestone support in advance. Touchpoints are scheduled around meaningful dates such as birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other significant moments.
• Let care continue over time. Personalized remembrance packages are delivered according to the journey’s milestone schedule throughout the year.
Support for Different Experiences of Loss
Legacy — for parents grieving the death of a child.
Devotion — for someone grieving the death of a spouse or partner.
Kindred — for the death of a parent, sibling, family member, close friend, or other deeply significant person.
Angel — for pregnancy and infant loss.
Timely Presence is more than a one-time sympathy gift or grief box. It is a pre-structured way to sustain remembrance and care across the first year after loss, when support is often needed but harder to maintain.
Created From Clinical Understanding and Lived Experience
Timely Presence was founded by Kelly Edmondson, RN, a nurse executive, certified grief counselor, and bereaved mother. After the unexpected death of her son, Darius, Kelly experienced firsthand how quickly the world begins moving forward while grief continues. Her lived experience, combined with years of caring for patients and families through trauma, critical illness, and death, shaped an approach centered on remembrance, consistency, and meaningful support over time. The goal is not to fix grief or put a timeline around it. It is to help people remain present, acknowledge the person who died, and continue showing care on the days that still matter.
